  It took me >10 calls to remind them that they still own me a lamp set that I have paid for. Worst customer service. Always say they are calling back but never did. 4 months later, the lamp finally came. We felt the lamp set very cheaply made and did not match other Ashley furniture that we also bought here. When we say we want to return it, sorry 30% restock fee. They promised to call back to discuss it but > 3 weeks have past and no call at all. Okay, we will keep the lamps and NEVER BUY FROM YOU.
