  Terrible, terrible business. Zero profesionalism at this store. Go down the street to Tile America, much better customer service. The only reason we stopped here was because we got confused between the names and they had a specific tile we liked that Tile America did not carry. We had to follow up with Will numerous times when we were told he would call us back. Do they not want any business? I would not have even bothered writing this, but we were told we could return the extra boxes of tile minus a shipping fee by Will. When we went to return the tile we were told that we could not and that they never said that we could. Another example of their customer service was when I drove 45 minutes and was stuck in traffic, only to get there 5 minutes before the store closed. We were ready to order tile and we were told we had to leave because it was closing time... he couldn't give us 10 minutes because "it was dinner time". Will never deal with them again. I don't know how they stay in business.
